Elevation markers not showing in view

Not sure what to look for here. Wondering why my elevation markers show in my level 2 view, but not in my level 1 view.
They are turned on in VG. And I checked show hidden elements and they're not hiding there.

Could be a view phasing, or discipline settings, or view filters, or a combination of all.

PijPiwo is correct, also make sure you elevations actually display that floor.... if they are below (or above) the view range of how the elevations display then they will not display in plan either.
