Is that possible to transfer schedule/ colour schemes from one project to multiple projects (25 different files) at the same time instead of opening a file one by one using the option insert 2d views or copy paste

I think there might be an add-on that might be available, but without some hefty programming, I don't think you can natively do it in revit.

The last I heard it was not possible to transfer color schemes between projects. I don't think it is available via the API. Setup color schemes within your project template and go from there. Best I can do for standards.

At the same time no but you can use transfer project standards for each file.
Or have all the files linked in 1 and generate all the CF views there
