Cannot view the IFC plans

Hi Guys,

Our contractor is using Aecosim software and I ask them to provide an IFC file to be open in Revit. 3D view and elevation views can be viewed but plans cannot. Anyone have this problem? How to manage to sort out this issue? Any help please.

Are the levels aligned? Which version of Revit?

Structures are @+13m from the level. Using Revit Architecture 2014.

I'm going to assume that if the structure is 13m above your level that you didn't adjust the View Range(or simply align the levels) and it should be all good.

I did i adjust the view range but still not visible.

What happens if you set your view to Coordination?
Can you share the IFC file?
