Plotting Title block color while everything else grayscale.

Is there a way to create a printing profile(of sorts) that will allow me to plot a sheet set so that only the title block will print in color and everything else in grayscale? Any suggestions?

My drawings are all black/white unless I have a filter or coloured line set to a colour and our title block have red in them so there is no problem plotting to pdf or a plotter.

I would look at your view templates to make sure all your drawing views are greyscale, check your in hiden line for the view etc
