Block Authoring Palette (Dynamic blocks) Empty

Any idea why my Block Authoring Palette in the block editor would be completely blank ?
Path is there
Files are there
ALL tabs are blank as seen in the snippit

(sorry the image is so big, how can i correct that ?)

Tool Palette corruption. File access permissions. The moon rotating in a counter-clockwise motion. Other than that, I got nothing.

Yeah... Me neither.... consider that AutoCAD was being 'sensitive' like it sometimes can be.

So, this is what I did.... I started looking into the file folders and quickly noticed very small file sizes. I went to another workstation and pulled those files from there and copied/overwrote the files on my computer.

I re-opened CAD and they were thankfully there.
