Revit text and scale

First of all (off topic) Anyone notice that the version prefix dropdown now includes 2016?

(Back to topic) Revit adjusts text heights according to scale, just as it adjusts line weights. For the line weights, there is a matrix under <manage> that controls the overrides. Does anyone know if there is a similar matrix controlling text heights?

Annotations are based on 'plotted' size and that's how they adjust for scale so if you want them to be a different size you'll need to use a different text style.
