Parameter order in Sheet Properties

I realize the ability to re-order parameters in families is available in the family editor but I cannot for the life of me remember where the settings are for ordering the parameters in title properties. Referring to the attached image, I'm trying to reposition our Architect license number under his name. Is this possible? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
