Revit Hide and save a view

In Revit can we save a particular view after hiding some particular elements. The issue is that I need to compare between two different views. So if I can save the first view with a name and hide some elements and create new ones in place of the hidden elements and save that as view 2. This way I can compare them and decide the best to keep for my project

Not in Revit.
But Bluebeam has a nice feature like that to compare two PDFs.

Might design options accomplish what you're trying to do, or is this more related to comparing revisions to drawings?

View filer could do the same thing. Just another option.
