I'm working on Revit 2015. I'm trying to figure out why there is a dashed up arrow on my stairs, see attached, after the cut line. Any suggestions?

In Visibility Graphics (or your view template, if one is applied), is the <Above> Up Arrows category enabled (under Annotation Categories > Stair Paths)?
