Multiple Attributes Moving With the Size of Another

I'm having trouble finding the correct wording on describing this problem (as always with CAD). I've attached a sample block that I use when I import data for my One-Line Risers. The "Room Name" attribute always varies in size (obviously) and I'd like to have the "Room Number" & "SLC#" attribute move with the size of the Room Name. I know there has to be a simple solution rather than guessing at a boundary width and height to stick to. Thanks for reading. :)

I just made 3 string parameters and then made single mutli-line attribute with fields refering to each parameter.
