Activation code? Revit 2016 installed

I recently installed Revit 2016. I've inputted the serial number and product key. However, I cant figure out how to input the activation code. There used to be a "key" icon that showed the licensing information and when the software expires but that icon does not seem to exist in Revit 2016. What steps have I missed? I just want to make sure this software is fully activated and it's not just a 30 day trial.

As long as you were connected to the internet when you inserted your serial number and product key the activation will happen in the background.

To check if it was activated....go to the top question mark in the right hand corner....Select About Autodesk Revit 2016....Then select Product License Information. If it doesn't say "In Trial" for License usage type...you're good!

Also when you first launch Revit and the program window comes up with Recent Files, it should say something to the effect of "License is non-expiring" in the lower left corner.
