Dynamic Dimension Center error

I have an abundance of dimensions in a dynamic block that are acting the same as the attached dimension...

Its set to have text centered...and to stay with the dimension

But when it is stretched it does not work...

Can any won tell me why?

Also how to fix it with out replacing every dimension would be really cool...99537
