Model Groups - Filter By Name

Hello, I have some model groups that contain Model Lines, I would like to set up a filter or a view template which hides these elements in Section and Elevation. I cannot turn off ALL lines, but I was wondering if there is a way to hide groups with a specific name. Any advice would be appreciated thanks - Limbatus
