Labels and title for rotated image

I rotated an floor plan on my sheet. However, the label show side ways and the title of the image is to the side as well. Is there a way to fix this?

Did you insert the image in a drafting view then place it on the sheet? If you did then you cannot rotate the crop region. You will eed to insert it in a view where you can rotate the crop region like a plan view.
