One new feature with Revit 2015/2016 is that the Revit username needs to match the A360 subscription name to access A360 cloud services.
Typically the Revit username defaults to our Active Directory login name, but the A360 name varies from user to user.
Since we are just starting to use Revit 2015 actively in production, most users don't realize they need to log into A360 first, before creating the local model.
Because we don't have access to the A360 names, this can cause issues.
1) What can we do about this, besides making this a training issue?
2) How are other large firms dealing with this requirement of tying the Revit username to the A360 subscription name?
thanks in advance for any advice or sympathies :)
