Depending on the dimensions of the wall geometry you can try using the 'Wall Joins' tool and change the offending corners to 'Miter'. Once you get one working you might want to copy then adjust dimensions for other walls rather than having to 'join' every occurrence.

Dimitri is correct this absolutely has to do with the wall joins. Unfortunately, I don't think his method will solve your problem as I have encountered similar before. You actually need to disable wall joins for those walls, and cut them to a reference plane at the corner intersection. Its simply because that little corner piece is too small to allow the join to form properly. Also just to check before you try cutting the walls, is that the top and bottom level of the wall are identical as this can sometimes cause strange joining behaviours if they are not the same.

Also (as long as you arent using it) try deactivating the analytical model for those walls this can also sometimes cause strange issues.

Try disabling the wall joins first - it may be you don't need to trim them at all afterwards, revit can have a bit of an attitude sometimes, so try things step by step see if you get the result you want.
