Level head family that shows both Project Base and Survey Base

I'm wondering if there's a way to add an additional elevation reference to the Level Family.
I'd like to be able to show both the Project Base Point (Say 100'-0") and the Survey Base Point (Say 984'-5 3/16").
Any one have any ideas how you might be able to do this?

I don't think it's possible in the family but the easiest way would probably be to create a spot elevation that looks like your level datum and just add it to views as needed.
