I am having a heck of a time trying to figure this one out.
I've attached a very watered down version of a Dynamic North arrow we use in our office. I use a LookUp table to scale my blocks, but I am having trouble with this one.
The issue is this, everything works well and fine at my '0' scale setting. The rotation works correctly, text rotates correctly and all is well and right with the world. However, when I change the scale to "1" is when everything goes all wonky. The text does not rotate about a center point any longer...........
Does anyone have any suggestions on this? I've been staring at my screen on and off for the better part of 2-weeks trying to troubleshoot this.
