You could create a dot linestyle for the extension lines and add the continuous line segment to a custom arrowhead. A modified version of
;*DotDark,Dot • • • •;S,.01,["\U+2022",Swiss Light,S=.1,R=0,X=-.05,Y=-.0515],-.2 to make the dot line more visible than the standard dot linetype may help.

Hi, welcome to AUGI.
First make a copy of your existing dimstyle (ddim command), then modify that by setting your extension lines to use a dotted linetype (of course). You also need to create an arrow block to incorporate the solid line section. Create a new horizontal dimension, explode it and erase all but the right-facing arrow. Draw the solid line you want and create a new block (block command) using one arrow head and one line, both with linetype, colour, weight, etc. set to BYBLOCK and with the insertion point at the point of the arrow.
Go back to ddim and set "first arrow head" to "user arrow" and pick your new arrow block.
Done.
