Delete all Objects 'by phase status'

I'm trying to clean some old files, to start some new projects on them.

As part of this I'd like need to merge some phases.

And I need to get rid of demolition items entirely. Is there a procedure to group and delete all of the the demolition objects from a phase? Or is it just select and delete them conventionally, and hope we don't miss anything hiding here and there.

Set up a View and change the View Filter to Show Demo only.

If the intent is to use this as your 'Existing' you can just merge it all down into a single phase. any elements that have been demo'd will show now as Temporary which you can isolate by Phase Filter and delete. This is also useful if your Project has several phases. I have worked with clients that maintain a Building Lifecycle Model and want to condense down to a single phase.
