Summary: Add Scroll bar for View selection when using the View cube Orient to view function

Description: When using the viewcube (within a 3d view) it would be very usefull to introduce a scroll bar to navigate the list of existing views to choose one for orient to view. navigating the views one at a time can be time consuming when looking through many views, a scroll bar would dramatically speed this up.

Couldn't agree more. In the interim if you assign a keyboard shortcut to the Orient to View command and access it that way you do get a dialog box with a scroll bar!
