I am working on a facilities model that has many projects within it (each job is its own phase). 1 of the jobs is not going forward and I need to delete it and all its contents. How do i do this?
I see there is a combine function, I see does get rid of the phase but moves the objects (walls etc...) onto the phase you combined it with

Just brainstorming, but I would create a 3-D view for that Phase and set the Phase Filter set to "Show New". That would allow you to select & delete model items in that phase only. Then you can use the "combine" function to get rid of the Phase itself.

You would need to isolate that phase that you want to remove in a 3d view to delete the modeled objects and then combine it.
You'll also want to do this with a plan view before you combine so you can delete an rooms since they don't display in 3d.
