views on sheets disappear.

It could be that there's a lot of information on this revit file but some of my views do not show up on the sheets. I know that they are still there because only the annotations show up. I can zoom out and sometime see the view reappear. However, they disappear too often. I cant edit direct from the sheets. Is there a way to fix this or is it because my graphics card is not powerful enough.

The only time I've seen that was when another team member would close worksets and save back to central that way and it was only in the Graphical Column Schedules.
