What's the question?

I think they are looking for someone to help them get started modeling in Revit. "How would I do this in Revit?"

I can think of several ways.
Model each wall separately.
Model as curtain wall and make the panels a wall type.
Split faces and paint.

Cheers,
Jeff S.

Thanks all. I thought I had included a text based question on this original post, but I clearly noobed it out by mistake.

The question is this:

The design for a charter school was created using sketchup (see first two images). That sketchup model has been recreated in Revit (see final image). I am trying to determine a best practice for creating the alternate colorations of otherwise identical material. jsteinhauer hit the nail on the head. So I will consider this question closed.

Thanks again.
