Phasing - Showing existing, demo and new window holes

I have a project with three phases. Existing, demo and New.


In my Demolition plan, I want to show the existing in grayscale, the dashed lines of the holes required for my new windows and none of the new elements (such as the new windows themselves).



I don't seem to be able to achieve this right now. Is there a simple way to achieve this?

In Revit, Demo is not a separate phase, but rather a component of the "New" phase. For a demolition view, set the Phase to "New Construction" and the Phase Filter set to "Show Previous & Demo".
