Components not showing up in menu (sometimes)

Hi! I am using Revit 2013 Architecture and I am noticing that sometimes my components are not in the menu where they should be (including doors). I can shut down the program and reopen and the components are there... Any idea what is causing this??

Yep,
You're still running 2013.
We had to upgrade our models due to issues like this.
For while all of our reference tags turned brown instead of blue.
