color scheme over linked beams

Hello to everyone. I have a problem with the color scheme on linked models.

I have a building model with an structural model linked to it, for the drawings i use a color scheme to express the circulations, the parking spots, etc. with diferent colors. The problem is the fills of the color scheme not cover the beams, only the floors (beams and floors are part of the structural linked model, and had the same material) another thing to mention, in the structural model the beams cut the structural floors.
