Composite Wall Assembly Data

Hi everyone,

I've been playing around with Revit & Dynamo lately as a personal project to see what I can achieve with it, in terms automating family parameters, data collection etc.

For those who are more advanced than I, is there a way to get the composite wall assembly data out of the model? For example the material & thickness of each element?
I would like to try and link that data through to other families, and in house systems, to see what can be achieved.

So far I haven't had any luck, am I chasing something that's not possible?

Any help would be great.
