Raster Design wants a license,,,?

We have loaded Raster Design onto one of our system but when we try to load the software from within Autocad a dialogue pops up telling us we need a license. After a bit of Googling I discovered that if our Autocad is networked then Raster Design must be networked as well. Is this the problem?
Has anyone come across this issue recently?

Sorry to take so long getting back. Our Raster Design is licensed. We have managed to get it working but nly on one station. It's a start,,, I guess.
