Wall base offset problem

I have a foundation wall with a reveal at top to provide a brick ledge. I have a brick and block wall above with the brick and airspace base unlocked so that I can change the base offset. This works all of the way around my building except for a portion of the wall. The section on the left shows the brick wall with the proper base offset. It is seeminly being hidden by the reveal in the wall below. Please help. Project is too large to attach. Image is screen capture with plan above and sections below.

Did you try dragging the reveal in 3d or elevation to see if the situation changes?

Or maybe you used attach bottom of the top wall in the right case?

It could help if you posted a model. (copy-paste only the interesting places to a new doc to make it manageable.)
