A year or so ago, it was so easy to log in to subscription and file a support request. I'm baffled now. How?

I'd love to know as well. Since Adesk re-organized their site, every thing seems screwed up. I can't access anything. I can hardly ever get to the Forum support pages. I know when they did this, it also screwed up all of our Licensing info, and update notifications that we used to get.
If this was supposed to be an Improvement, I'd like the old version back please, cause your new "User Friendly" website is horrible.

Yup. FINALLY found it and was directed to the OLD sign-in page :), but it wouldn't accept my password. So I asked to reset it. So I figured my existing one wasn't ok with old sign-in page. So I entered my current on as new one (which it had just rejected) and it said "can't use one you've already used (!!!!!). So I have a new one...which I hope will work on the OTHER Autodesk webpages. Good grief. It's unfortunate that Autodesk has joined some other big companies is refusing to allow access to any live-help-chats or phone numbers. Sometimes I just want to drive over to Waltham. But if you've ever been there, there's no one there in the lobby, either!!!:)

That SHOULD bring up your account page. Upper right, to the left of your name, is "Support". In the drop-down, "View your support cases" actually also brings you to ability to "Create Case"

I can't get in via 'accounts' it just reloads without any error, but doesn't send me anywhere. I have to use https://manage.autodesk.com

I had to reset my password in order for narlee's suggestion to work. In fact I had to pick on the "I forgot my password" button and wait for the email, then pick on the Create new password. Now it seems to all work Ok. I just hope this didn't screw up my Pre-Registration for AU.
