Stair stringer slope doesn't match riser slope?

I can't figure out what controls the slope of the stair stringer but, as you can see in my attachment, the risers on this stairway are fine. But the stringers aren't at the same slope.The bottom run is ok but the upper run definitely isn't.

I'd love to have a look at that, I've been trouble shooting stairs lately and that looks very interesting, in a bad kinds way. Could you attach a trimmed down copy of the file?

PS. The hatch for your wooden shingles looks to me like it's upside down.

Actually Duncan I erased the stairs and haven't had a chance to get back in there and re-build them.
Spent 20 minutes on the phone with my tech support people and they couldn't figure it out.
