Help: Self duplicating project parameter needs to stop.

I have a self duplicating project parameter. I have not been able to catch the trend to see when the parameter creates a duplicate, but it needs to stop. Anyone else experience this?

Project parameter was created for materials as a way to categorize them in a schedule based on an office standard.

Have you done a Transfer Project Standards into a family and then loaded the family back into the project? I have seen this with my custom browser organization parameters while doing that. It's reported to the factory but I haven´t heard about a solution.
