import (link) CAD to Revit screened lines (lineweights)

I am linking cad details into my revit project. I have my import settings for lineweight all matched up with my CAD. with one exception, my #8 lineweight is the right thickness but in CAD we use it as a screened lineweight. is there a way to achieve that screening in the import setup?

... when I searched the internet for screened lineweight I got this post and the same from Revit City ... Google is fast!. Sadly I don't understand the question, but I expect someone will.

If I am understanding you correctly, you want greyscale lines right? You would just map your screened lines to the appropriate grey color instead of black. Hope this helps.
