Site Label appearing with the Parcel label

Civil 3d 2015 (sorry I did not click the prefix)
My template for plats has started adding a label for each "Site" as parcels are added to the Sites. (see attached screenshot)
Anyone seen this before? It just started today. Audit and recover find no errors in the file.
If you select the "Site" label it highlights all the parcels on that site. The name is the name of the "Site" and the area records the sum of all the parcels on that site. Notice that the properties dialog has weird info for the object.
If this is a valid feature, then where do I find settings for it?
Please help, I do not want to rebuild my template.

Right-click the Parcel branch of each site and select Properties. On the Composition tab, change the Site Area Label Style to your desired style.

Wow. I never knew that was a feature. I must have changed the parent setting somehow and it populated my pre-made sites.
