Domes/Masses

I am working on a project in Revit 2015. I am making a Hobbit House and used the dome masses for the ceiling/walls. I have the masses in place and joined, however the are overlapping. I am not sure how to get rid of the overlapping part. Are there any suggestions or solutions to this?

I realize this posting is 20 days old, but I wanted to provide an answer. You can get rid of the overlap by Joining the Geometry of the two mass objects.
