AECPolygons In AutoCAD, Not ADT or MEP

Hi! Quick question - Is there a way to get AECPOLYGONS in regular ol' AutoCAD? I have moved down from MEP and would really like it if I could use them and am curious if there's an add-on or if I'm missing what AEC means completely. I don't expect it's possible, I am expecting that it's specific for ADT or MEP but I just feel the need to ask the question :)

As both of those are vertical programs on top of AutoCAD, the likelyhood of adding that object into vanilla AutoCAD is pretty slim.
