I think that if you don´t need shades, on don´t need render. You can just create a view in a desired shade mode (Visual Style) and disable the shadows on the view.
May you more exactly explain what you wanna do?

An actual rendering, using the Render dialog box, will always have shadows. You can't do a rendering with only ambient lighting. There has to be a light source for Revit to be able to render a view, and that light source is always going to cast shadows.

There is a way to render without shadows [shade]; use the sun only, set the time of day to just BEFORE sunrise. Then set the exposure value to a high level. You will see that you'll get a rendering without shadows. However, the image will be very yellow and you will have to adjust it in photoshop or other post-production.
M. Jamal Khan, if you are successful, let us all have a look here.
Good luck !
Edit: Set it for 2 AM ? See here: http://buildz.blogspot.co.uk/2009/04/photographing-bim.html
