Hi all,
It's probably the right way to do it but I just want to be sure - is deleting a linked file the correct way to unlink it? Couldn't find the answer in the help files or anywhere else. Thanks.

kwongDeleting it will remove it... You can also use FILE>MANAGE LINKS

Hi Steve,
Thanks, but when I looked under FILE>MANAGE LINKS it was greyed out. I was creating a new .rfa titleblock & had an AutoCAD tiltleblock linked in to trace over. Does the FILE>MANAGE LINKS work only in a project?

Hi Kwong,
The Manage Links tool is not available for .rfa files ( for some reason unknown to me. )
Deleting the file, as you did, is the only way I know of, in this case.
