Summary: The ability to have rooms pull across phases
Description: When working on remodel or multi-phase projects it would be nice that rooms spanned across all phases with the ability to demolish them to remove them off the schedule. Similar to the way walls, doors, etc. work. Most rooms in an existing building are going to retain their same room information from phase to phase. It would be nice to only need to retag rooms not copy and paste rooms through creating multiple instances in the same project, just in a different phase. Then just use the phase as we currently do to control schedule.
