When I host a sink to a countertop the countertop disappears. Anybody else seen this? The project was started new in 2016 but everything I'm working with (template, families, etc.) has been upgraded from 2015 to 2016 so I'm afraid there was a glitch in the upgrade process somewhere. Before I start rebuilding everything from scratch I'd like to know if somebody has already found a solution. Thanks.

Can you post the offending families?
Does it still appear in the 3D views or is this a plan issue?
My guess is that it has something to do with what Revit is cutting through and what object overrides another.

Here are the countertop and one of the sink families. I tried a couple of different sinks and the problem happened with each. The countertop has separate pieces for the slab and backsplash. When the sink is hosted to the countertop the slab disappears from the plan view.

I loaded the sink into countertop without any issues.

I'm having the same issue, any resolve?

Sorry, no resolution yet. I moved on to other projects and never tried to fix the problem. I should probably check to see if it's still happening in 2017.
