Project Parameter in Properties

I'm a having an issue with a project parameter not let me show nothing. Currently I have Project Parameters for our DRs. A filled in circle character fills the spot when we want to issue that sheet. But, I can't get the filled circle to not show once it has been applied. I attached a screen shot of the issue. I actually fixed this problem in the past. But, I can't remember what I did. Its been a long week. Haha. Any suggestions?

Ok, I figured out my issue... kind of. Not sure what the actual issue was with the parameter. But, I just created new parameters that works just fine. Just made a text based family and copy/paste the character I wanted. It deletes and populates as needed. Not sure why the first parameter was not working though. In the end this is the easiest way anyway. Using the Family type based parameter was not needed
