crazy roof fascias

I'm having problems with the "Add/Delete Wall" tool when working with a roof fascia. I have a roof fascia profile extending around several walls on a building, and when I pick the fascia, click the Add/Remove Walls button, and then pick a wall to add the fascia, it's putting the fascia sweep on the interior side of the wall. To get it to work correctly I had to hide the roof, rotate the model in 3D so that particular wall was viewed from above at an extremely oblique angle (the surface of the wall was only barely visible) and then had to click in a certain spot along the top edge of the wall.

I'm also having a problem on one particular wall, I want to remove the fascia sweep from that wall, but the Add/Remove button just isn't working at all. That one also has the fascia on the interior face of the wall, but now I can't seem to remove it. It's just "stuck" there it seems.

I've had the same problem.

What I do is work in the elevation view with problem fascias rather than 3d and the fascia is placed on the correct side.

Come to think of it, this problem happens on wall sweeps for me rather then on fascia.

When you are picking or selecting the roof edge you can use the tab key and cycle thru the different possible pick points.

You can then select or deselect as necessary.
