hide triangulation in downloaded family

I downloaded a realistic delivery truck family that was made from a 3D dwg original. Because it is full of curved surfaces it was triangulated. I don't seem to be able to get rid of the very visible triangles. I tried exploding it into native Revit, but apparently, that's not allowed.

Any suggestions?
