Lighting Device Tag Not Pulling Information

I ran into a weird issue this afternoon. I'm trying to create a lighting device tag for a switch. That pulls the name of the switch, the panel name its circuited to (relay info), and the circuit number. But, nothing gets pulled through except the name of the switch. I made the exact same tag for an electrical fixture with no problems. Any ideas?

Have you added the switch to the circuit (Power System)?
