Hi All,

I am using the presspull tool a lot to resize boxes and other solids, and find there are many times I want to select a face that is on the back of the object I am hovering over. I cannot always rotate my view to "see" the face I want to select, as it will be blocked from view by the object I am using to PRESSPULL to. I am still getting used to working in 3D (in ACAD), and I find it a little clunky trying to go between views to get to this face. Is there a way to toggle between faces during the selection process? - I notice it automatically toggles among faces that are normal to the screen. Any input would be helpful. Thanks.

Have you looked at the VPORTS command? This would allow you to have multiple views of the model at different angles.

and be aware of the command line "-vports" version which gives a couple of extra features like being able to join or split viewports.

wow that image looks complex - I am not sure really what I am seeing. But, I will keep your recommendation(s) in mind as I figure out how to work...
Still, my original question is how to select a face that is behind my view - I want to switch to wire frame, toggle and select a face, and then "presspull" the face into the place I want. I know I can do this by rotating my model, or setting up different viewports that show various angles of my model that will allow me to do this, but sometimes even that is not adequate. I cannot seem to cycle through the faces, (only some of the faces highlight) and I suppose there is a way but perhaps I am not selecting properly. And, that is where I need some input. Thanks.
