LOCKING A ELEVATION TAG IN A MODEL GROUP

We are setting up model groups of rooms to populate a retail store and will be close to the same in every location across the country. We only have 5 elevations and those are only views that are not 2d and will change a bit. What I want to do is have the live elevation tag in the model group. Any way? Maybe just make a fake tag as text and lines and have that in the group? Trying to find best way. Thanks.

Elevation Tags are not allowed in groups.
You could create a dummy elevation tag (type based) where the type parameters that you fill in would indicate the view number and sheet number.
However you can't tie them to the elevation. But at least that way if the view number of sheet number changed you could simple update the type properties and it would update everywhere in the project.
