Creating a workset from an existing project

I have existing project and would like a new employee also to work on this project using a workset environment. Is there a simply way to import/transfer worksets settings from a previous workset project into a new workset?

I don't know of one. But you could just start using worksets and use them on an element borrowing basis, that way not everything needs to be on a separate sheet but you do have control over whether someone is playing with your toys or not.

You can always refine the workset breakdown later on as you go along.

we did a cut and paste of the project into a presetup workset and that seemed to work, but seemed inpractical for anything but very small projects. But I thought I missing something by doing this?

first time I have played around with worksets so just learning how to use them with a inexperienced new employee. Your right it is very hard to relinquish control after having everything your own way for so long.
