graysacle printing refuses to work

Has anyone else had a problem in 7.0 with the grayscale printing setting? It refuses to do a grayscale to anything, PDF, or printer. This seems to be a Revit issue as even within Revit when I preview it shows up as colour when I tell it to do grayscale. We have just got an A3 Colour laser photocopier/printer installed and Revit files ALWAYS print in colour?? Autocad etc are no problem....

Do you have the last build of Revit? If not, try to install the last one because I have a client that have a similar problem when he try to print views with shadows.

Its not a very big worry as we pay per copy to get colour prints, Revit seems to override the printer software without it realising and we get colour prints a the cost of grayscale - So we dont mind too much, our copier supplier on the other hand.......
