Is their anyway to make wall patterns align automatically, like having horizontal lines that are parallel to the wall faces that will turn when the wall is drawn at different angles..?

the only fix's i can come up with so far is creating a wall type for every different angle you draw walls at, or creating inteior wall components (fake) that revit then will show as a form of a hatch.....The above the options are not acceptable since i will have at least 2 of every wall type drawn, and the 2nd loses the element of actual modeling components since the interior components become fake.

thanks

If I understand this correctly, you will have to align them manually, but use the align tool. It works on fill (hatch) patterns the same way it works on other entities.

neb, don't you want a horizontal wall with a perfect hath to show the hatch the same way, just horizontal? that would mean two direction for hatches for the same wall. For example we used to draw lines perpendicular to the wall for interior walls, this cannot be easily achieved, for the hatch is view specific, not automatically rotating based on the direction of the wall.
